Delishes is owned/ run by Nick and it has a relaxed local feel. You can grab a table and kick back while your fresh roll, baguette, sandwich, doorstop, foccacia, wrap or salad is made on the spot. There's no hiding behind a kitchen wall or turned back here and it shows in the top quality of the super fresh and tasty food. Your meal will be put together right in front of your eyes and made to your exact specifications.

They have a breakfast menu for the early shoppers. You can get waffles, croissants, scones, pancakes, eggs, bacon, muffins and even the humble toast. There's just too many choices to list here.

When on the road between towns, I've been told that the best roadhouse resturaunts are the ones with the most Semi-trailers parked out the front. On that basis, Delishes must be darn good - Nick seems to have a huge following of regulars that he greets by name. He's able to recall their favourite coffee too. I don't get to visit all that often now I live interstate, but everytime I go there he remembers that I love Lattes. How's that for service!

Favorite Dish: I'm hard pressed to find a better latte Australia wide!
