Buy a map, head to Quorn through the scenic Pichi Richi Pass then take the road to Hawker, about 20 kms north is the turn off to Craddock. Make sure you have lunch at the pub, you will be surprised at the quality of the food. If you want to extend your stay the pub has excellent, newly decorated rooms at the rear.

Very simple, but take a stroll along the newly refurbished foreshore area, sit and watch the kids play in the playground, or shoot a few hoop. or just enjoy the sunrise or sunset.
