Victor Habour is a seaside town, so as you would expect, there are plenty of Seagulls.
Now, these Birds have been here forever, and know all about Tourists willing to give them a free feed!
They are very cheeky, some will even pinch food off the table. Next, you throw that "one" a chip, and a 100 appear from no-where, squawking and squabbling, waiting for that next chip.
So the moral of the story is, if you want peace and quiet, and to keep it a "one" Seagull, DON'T FEED IT, at least not until you leave!
For those going on the Penguin tour in the evening, please do yourself a favour and bring an extra jacket or layer of clothing. Especially in the autumn or spring, the days can be deceivingly warm but after dusk, it can be very cold and I've seen people rocking up in t-shirts only to bail out of the tour after finding out it lasts about an hour. More so for those catching the last horse-tram at 4pm, do bring something warm for the tour. Enjoy yourselves.
