Not necessarily in this shop, but most tourists probably go first for the Australian soft toys. At the Sovereign Hill Gold Museum gift shop, there are many crystal and gold plated tiny Australian animals for sale which are quite unique. Then there is a Global Village/community aid abroad style shop in Armstrong Street North which sells boomerangs at a much more realistic price than the Gold Museum could ever match.
At the Global shop you should be able to buy a small decorated boomerang for about $10- $12.
Prices of other things vary. Indian material dresses are popular so tends to be still more expensive than other clothing.
