They are an arty, literate lot in Castlemaine and the surrounding district, and bookshops and cafe/bookshops are not rare. But this is a lovely one I think.
It is right in the centre of town and sells new and used and office supplies.
A wonderful atmosphere, I could have browsed forever.
There is a Booklovers Trail in the district (see link below) for seriously keen bookworms. And Stonemans Books features, of course.
