You have to try them!

The Bull Boar sausage has been a popular meat with the locals for many years.
Original recipes that have been handed down from generation to generationand are held close to their chests, they are secret!!!
The decendants of the Swiss/Italians in the area were the makers of these sausages.
As the name suggest they are made of Bull and Boar, with loads of garlic, red wine and other secret spices.
You can buy them at the two butcher shops in Daylesford.
These sausages can be boiled, grilled, BBQ or you can hang them up to dry.

WARNING......if one person in the family eats them......ALL should:)))
