Miriam's restaurant offers a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Food is freshly prepared using local produce like Gippsland beef, seafood and seasonally fresh vegetables.
Centrally located on the Esplanade in Lakes Entrance with a great view of the lake.

Our host at the B&B recommended that we dine at this restaurant for the best oysters. And it was great!
Originally we had ordered just half a dozen oysters thinking that it would be enough. We ended up eating a dozen oysters, a main course, a dessert and wine.
All for A$70 for 2 pax.
The best table at the restaurant is the one facing the sunset. So be sure to call ahead to book. The restaurant also sells fresh seafood. Open from 10am.
Favorite Dish: Oysters yum!

Local pub with very good Bistro.
The Central Hotel Family Bistro is open for lunch and dinner every day of the week.
On a hot day you might like to wander outside and enjoy your meal in our outside area, watching the fishing fleet ply their trade

The ceilings are hung with chandeliers. There is a balcony for smoking, sipping cocktails while watching the sunset - see the pic below taken from the balcony. Prices are reasonable. E.g. Seafood platter costs A$35 or so.
Favorite Dish: The Seafood Platter is TO DIE FOR! Desserts aren't wonderful though.
