On a funny note I can say that one of the most difficult activity there was to hold our breath everytime using the dunny...no more!!!

Long long walks.....

Leaving all the stress behind, no mobile phone connection, no luxuries, no heater...is all we or I needed to, like some would say, renew, revive... I never thought that a walk in the bushes, sleeping in tents during winter or sharing one dunny between many would be so much joy and comfort during my "stay".

Apart from hiking and long walks, many choose this location to bike ride or drive their 4 wheel drive through specially made tracks for this purpose.

Restaurants

Bush made: Simple but..sweet!

Kettle and Pasta Pot

The ambience is set around the camp fire, starting with :

Breakfast as the first birds start to sing
(eggs and sausages on toasts),

Morning tea (tea and biscuits),

Lunch (sandwiches)

Afternoon tea (beer and potato chips)

Dinner (pasta, tomato sauce & vegetables & spirits)

Favorite Dish: My favorite dish of our stay would have to be pasta. It took us hours to only boil the water in which the vegies were added together with the pasta. It was hilarious:)

Warnings and Dangers

Be very careful

1. As you can see from the map, there aren't many roads that lead to our destination. The roads are very rocky and dangerous. Be aware before the trip.
2. Also try to get there and leave during the day
3. Do not leave any fire going while sleeping and during your walks or other activities.

Follow the river...

On morning we just started walking and found amazing places and up the cliff we could even see our camp area...Just to say that once you are engaged in a particular path, there are so many others that open to you and it's just amazing and surprising.
