The restaurant/dining room area of this hotel has a good menu and also great wine list.
It's an old faithful that we keep returning to.
The staff in the dining area could be more friendly, this doesn't take away from the meal.
There is also the lounge/pub/bar area that is a good area, casual and a nice place to sit at the bar or in one of the lounge chairs.
They have music on most Sundays. It's where you can sit with the locals.
The Kermond family have had this Cafe' for many years, over this time it has become famous for it's Hamburgers. Everyone in the area knows of this business.
We found that they were quite expensive for a Hamburger. All enjoyed them.
Open 7 Days from 9am
Images has two levels, the ground level, seating up 140 people, in comfortable surroundings with high ceilings and chandeliers. Images also offer a newly renovated Tuscan style downstairs function room which has seating for up to 110 people. This fully licensed family restaurant is situated at the seaside end of Warrnambool`s bustling city centre. Because this is a family friendly restaurant, you should be ready for loud kids. If you get easily annoyed with children, do not choose this restaurant.
Favorite Dish: Garlic Braed as a starter, Prime porterhouse with green peppercorn sause as a main dish and slow baked Lemon&Lime Tart as a dessert. Portions are huge - if you are not really hungry, you should share the starter with somebody.
This isn't a restaurant but just a small bakery, but I liked it because the food was nice and very inexpensive, even more reasonable than most bakeries.
Favorite Dish: I always go for the sausage rolls, and here I also had one of the pizza rolls, which was really delicious too.
For the summer time, out the back of the restaurant there's a waterfall and paved courtyard & nice attractive fountain.
Beside the take away area there's also their indoor restaurant, with a more extensive restaurant than the Takeaway.
Once a month they have a Belly Dancer performing in the restaurant for entertainment.
Favorite Dish: I tried one of the takeaway Doner Kebabs, which was nice. They also have wood fired Pizza, Turkish breads, etc.
The lighting is nice and there is a little bit of Mexican decor. Service is good and we didn't have to wait too long for our meal.
Favorite Dish: Taco Bill is like a chain mexican restaurant, so it's usually a fairly predictable menu, but this one had some additions on a specials board, so I tried ‘Cactus Pie’ – a Mexican version of Shepherds Pie, which was rather nice.
