Fondest memory: I was rather impressed with this Tudor building....it and the red English style phone box in front of the stone building next door really lent an English air to this part of the Albany township..... interestingly, this building is a toilet block!

Favorite thing: A good place to start in Albany is the Visitor Information centre, in a good location looking out on the waterfront. It's a large building, though not very well set up, though you can get info on a lot of other regions of W.A at the same time to plan your onward journey.
There were constructions going on within the building, so I think they may have been expanding their services or adding a souvenir shop, which was almost completely lacking in this Info Centre, as though tourism just wasn't developed enough yet...

Fondest memory: This is one of the buildings I liked most in Albany, just across the road from the Visitor Information Centre...not even sure what it is.
