The Apple Funpark is the largest free entry playground in Australia and was opened in Easter 2008 in time for the Donnybrook Apple Festival.
The park cost over $2 million to build and was was designed and 80% funded by a local family.
Many other local businesses, charities and families also helped with the funding and construction.
The Apple Funpark has six electric BBQ's that are free to use for visitors and includes tables and well shaded seating.
