This café is open 6 days a week. Its quite a multi-store. There are books for sale or exchange as well as the use of several computers for internet use. As an extra bonus, you can also bring your washing in and do it while you are surfing the web for only $4.00 which includes the washing powder as well. Rates are pretty good.

The Bennett family bought the building in 1926. Their residence was above the shop which they modernised in 1930. The shop has been operated by the family for over 70 years. Inside the store looks similar to how it may have looked in the early days although the merchandise is modern. Bennett’s is a department store which sells clothing and household linen.
