Fishing is probably the biggest industry and pastime in Leeman. Primarily Cray-fishing (rock lobster) tops the list but for the amateur, bald chin groper and dhufish are plentiful. In fact Leeman gives itself the title of ‘Home of the Western Australia’s Dhufish’. There is one jetty at Leeman. There are two boat ramps both with gravel ramps.
