This is a beautifully restored 19th century hotel. There are open fires in winter to cosy up to or an alfresco area in the summer. The cuisine is Australian which means that it incorporates the cultures that now reside in the country. Wednesday is past a night, Thursday is a curry night and kids eat free Mon – Thurs. Sunday they have a breakfast from 9.00am. There is a good selection of Western Australian wines and boutique beers. There is live entertainment on Friday nights and Saturday is karaoke night.The hotel comprises a Café Restaurant, Settlers Lounge, pool tables, beer garden, cobbled courtyard, bottle shop and function rooms.

The Burswood Casino and Resort opened in 1985. The resort has a 24 hour casino, 9 restaurants and 5 bars as well has being a 413 room five star hotel. There is also the Burswood Theatre and the Burswood Dome which is the largest indoor stadium in Australia. The casino has a total of 126 gaming tables, 35 of these are available only for members and VIP players in the International room. Games like Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Pai Gow, Poker, Caribbean Stud, Craps and Two-up are on offer for trying your luck. The only days the casino is closed is Christmas Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day.
