The Perenjori Pub is located down the road on the next corner from the Information Centre. There's only one main street in Perenjori so you can't miss it lol.
We didn't venture in because it was closed. So remember if you are in town on a Sunday, the pub doesn't open until 4pm......gee and we were so thirsty too! :o)

I wonder who the artist is? Across the way from the Information Centre was the most awesome painting on the side of a building....pitty the wheelie bin got in the road haha. And the other painting here was done on a school building. There was another one that I cranned my neck to take a pic of as hubby wizzed by in the car, but unfortunately I missed that one :o)

The bike wasn't the only interesting thing at this junction. In the tree were a bunch of loud cockies making a dreadful racket :o)
So the area is not only flower country but cockie country too. Check out my cockie video.

The turnoff to Three Springs. Three Springs Road is good for flower viewing as you have just seen, so if you come to this junction with a bike someone left in the tree :o) then you've found it.

Feeling thirsty after a long day checking out the wildflowers?
Well we were....so we dumped our stuff in the b&b and headed around the corner for dinner and a few beers.
Dinner at the pub is your usual and just like country pubs....huge! Washed down with a few cheap ales.....we were very happy, and I'm sure you will be too. :o)

First sighting of the famous wreath flower! And we were excited!!
We were told after when we hit Perenjori that is was a bit of a hot spot and I'm glad we kept our eyes peeled.
On the road from Three Springs to Perenjori we saw the tell tale signs....posts with pink plastic ribbon on....to let us know they were sighted in the vacinity. So we stopped and were pleasantly surprised. :o)
And we weren't the only ones that stopped in the middle of nowhere to view this amazing flower....click to see other pix.

If you have checked out the Pinnacles and Badgingara then you'll probably be needing a place to stay before doing Perenjori. We hung a right at Eneabba and decided to stay the night a Three Springs along the way.
This b&b suited us just fine.....a hop skip & jump and around the corner to the pub and we got a bargain, paying for one room and getting the second one half price.
If you are interested, check out my accommodation tip for more info and link to site.

Perenjori is about 4 hours from Perth.
The best way to get there is on the Brand Highway past Badgingarra and hang a right at Eneabba. The Three Springs - Perenjori road goes straight through to Perenjori.
If you are interested in doing the wildflowers check out this site. It has loads of helpful info as well as good itineries & maps.

Feeling a bit peckish, we grabbed a round of good old Aussie pies (Mrs Macs) and a couple of drinks from the local shop next door and went across the road and ate them in the park under the shade surrounded by lovely grevillias.
You'll also find dunnys here (toilets).

Right inside of the Tourist Information Centre are a stack of rooms out back that form an amazing museum. Only costs $2 to wander through and hubby and I really enjoyed it and of course the nice couple that run the Tourist Information Centre were proud to show us through :o)
