A quick drive from Kalbarri town brings you past many cool cliff formations, all with interesting names and stories. This photo is of a natural bridge. These sights are not for height fearers. Standing atop crumbling cliffs in high winds with only a fence separating you from a nasty plummet...hmmm, can you tell I was a bit nervous?? :)
Kalbarri was such a nice surprise for me! After a long drive from Perth (600 km north) we found a charming town, lovely beaches, and spectacular park views galore. This photo is Monica at windy Red Bluff overlooking the town of Kalbarri.
If you have time to spare you could head north to for a relaxing family holiday and see spectacular sea cliffs at Kalbarri
Another gorge in Kalbarri National Park is aptly named the Z-Bend. The Murchison River carves it's way through this part of WA, reaching the ocean at Kalbarri town.
Kalbarri National Park offers such rugged beauty, best seen by hiking to some of it's many gorges. This formation is called Nature's Window.
