The food was actually quite good. Seafood, steak, etc. I loved the salad and the seafood I had. I don't know how expensive it was -- it was a business lunch, and I didn't pay.

Favorite Dish: Marinated Chili Prawns with Japanese noodle salad. Really nice.

The food and the view were both pretty good - unfortunately it's the service that let's C Restaurant down. We went on Mothers Day and I wouldn't say that half the restaurant was full, but it took about 1/2 hour before anyone came near our table, and that was after we asked a passing waiter when we would get served. They would start to pour some coffee, run out, and then not come back for about 15 minutes to finish filling the other cups, by which time the first lot of coffees had gone cold. Not enough/no milk provided. Only one waiter was helpful and then kept trying to keep an eye on us after that point.

Favorite Dish: They serve free trade coffee.
