I visited Fraser's in September,2003. Apart from the breath-taking view and the classy ambience the restaurant provides, the hospitality and the service are things one looks forward to; if you have visited here previously that is.
The Kangaroo steak is excellent, so opined a friend who had taken me there. The restaurant has an excellent selection of wines. You may want to try the seafood entrees which are exceptional. Another dish i would suggest is the chicken breast and mushrooms in red wine.
Chris Taylor there is a heck of a chef and the friendliest I have met so far.
Oh and before I forget...do not miss the Cremme Brulle.

The restaurant in King's Park, Fraser's Restaurant, in Perth WA is the best restaurant I've been to. At night the veiw is amazing (see pic for daytime veiw). I highly reccomend the experience, in spite of the price (it was free for us...we got it on Fly buys!)
Atmosphere, food and veiw are all great. Service is fantastic!
Favorite Dish: I highly reccomend the rare-medium rare kangaroo steak. Yum (sorry to the vegetarians.)

Very nice ambience and food. Good seafood and steaks.
Favorite Dish: The lobster was very good. Not overcooked like most places.
