His Perth landmark sits on Cottesloe Beach and overlooks the Indian Ocean. The Tea House was build in 1910 and was designed to have uninterrupted views from every window.

They serve lunch from 12.00 midday and dinner until late. They serve an a la carte menu which include a good range of Australian seafood. They also boast an extensive wine list. However don’t think you can just call in for coffee and cake, you have to have a meal.

I always think that the ocean is more interesting to look at than a river, so the views enjoyed at the Indianna Teahouse in Cottosloe are for me a drawcard to this place, almost a Perth landmark. The food is reasonable too, seafood of course being the house speciality.

Cosy place, where you will experience beatuifull sun set on the ocean. Quality of food is excellent as well as the wine. Right on the beach at Cott. Special place for me as this is where I met my wife when travelling to Australia in 2001

Favorite Dish: We experiences some delighfull sea food plate (huge and very tasty) as well as some delicious Prawns

This magnificent old building adds character to Cottesloe Beach, being perched on the esplanade overlooking the beach and Indian Ocean. It is a nice place to have coffee or lunch or dinner.

Great views - checkout the subathers at Cott while you eat and drink, and then go nutty with them in the club type bars over the street.
