This small brewery was started in 1992 at the Elizabethan Village which is a local tourist park at Armadale. It was originally known as the Elizabethan Village Brewery but later changed its name to the Darling Range Brewery. Just recently it has been taken over by the Last Drop Brewery chain of breweries whom it used to supply.

Within the heart of Roleystone is the Grape Gallery. This is a cosy popular restaurant with an indoor and outdoor dining area. Their menu ranges from Lamb Cutlets, Garlic Prawns, Paella to Confit of Duck with a tempting cake and dessert selection. You might want to try the Scottish delicacy Banoffi pie. There is a kids menu also which offers a main dish, drink and chocolate frog as well as colouring pages and jigsaw puzzles to keep them entertained. The restaurant will seat up to 60 people with 25 outdoor and can cater for small weddings and functions.
