Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Bring sunscreen, apply sunscreen and reapply sunscreen. If you forget, you can buy some on the island. You normally will burn in the water whilst swimming so it is very important to apply sunscreen before you swim!
Miscellaneous: Drink lost of fluid as well!

Miscellaneous: Sneakers are so much more comfortable when you are on the paths riding. Firstly you won't get burnt on the front of your feet and secondly it is easier to ride with sport shoes then thongs!

Miscellaneous: Not all of the island has drinking water fountains and if you are riding a bike it can get quite hot on the concrete road. The far end of the island does not have any shops either. Water is a must!
