Funtastico is a place you can take your friends without a booking and after a little while being served drinks by a flirty italian waiter you'll be seated at a table or booth and served in a most proficient manner.
Funtastico's noisy and upbeat vibe is perfect for a good start to a great night out! There is entertainment from the open kitchen as award winning chefs display their skill spinning pizza pastry and flaming seafood to perfection.
It's a place to come back to and the staff make sure you feel like family!
Favorite Dish: Oh my favourite pizza here is the Salome.
It goes a little like this: Pizza bianca layered with slices of brie, smoked salmon, red onions and capers! The base is thin and totally delicious!
Be prepared to have a whole family sized pizza to yourself or ask for 'take out' and they'll put what ever you can't finish into a pizza box for you to take home. If this doesn't sound like an option why not go halves with someone! :o) Italian is always best shared anyway!
Buon appetito!

This is the place where we all meet for a day of fabulous dresses and hats... a day when the guys dress in their best Armani suits and everyone stops work for the Melbourne Cup!
The Subi (as we locals call it) seats about 200 people in its restaurant and courtyard smoking area. There is a cocktail bar and Bianca's bar with pool tables, large screen TV, food and music. The lounge foyer also serves food and drinks. Upstairs there is a large function room with small conference room and outside there is the Subi bottle shop.

Oriel Cafe Brasserie opened in 1988 as one of Perth's only 24 hour a day, 7 day a week cafe's.
Favorite Dish: The Mediterranean menu is always changing however, I can confidently recommend the Roast Capsicum and Pumpkin Soup served with fresh hot bread on stylish white porcelain crockery.

Since leaving England I had got the urge for a good pizza but hadn't been able to find anywhere in Singapore. When I got to Australia I found this place. The pizza was great, as was the Australian wine. Highly recommended. Leave a tip though, unless you want to find a horse's head in your bed the next morning.
Favorite Dish: Great, wood-fired pizza.

Perth's only 24 hour, 7 day-a-week café. Recommended by Ling and the venue for my meeting with the 'Girls of Summer'.

Not quite as posh as its namesake in London, but not a bad place for a decent Indian curry.
