On the Cook Islands you need to go and have a look at the waterfall. Although this isn't a huge one, it's cosy and pleasant and the road to get there is exciting. Have a swim in the cold water !

Black Rock is situated 5 km west of the city centre and is a Rock which looks all black... This is the best spot to go and have a look at the sunset...

On the way back we were kept entertained Cook Islands style!


One Foot is the most beautiful motu (island) in the Lagoon. You can rent the cottage and really become Robinson Crusoe.!

The end of the local market for the day - just coconuts for sale!

These boys from Aitutaki can really play great music!

We travelled around Aitutaki in a large trimarine ( two canoes locked together!

This is a great show. They talk about all the island traditions, with hoola dancers, warriers, unbelieveable island music.
