Getting to Kosrae requires three hops on the Continental Micronesia, "island hopper" which is part of Continental Airlines). A Boeing 737-800 departs Honolulu three times a week with Beutifual hops and an hour or so on the ground at Majuro and Kwajalein in the Marshall Islands than you land on Kosrae, If you are coming from the Guam side the plane hops on Pohnpei, and Chuuk in the Federated States of Micronesia before you get to Kosrae. The flights leave Hawaii Mondays Wednesdays and Friday than does a u turn and repeats the route eastbound every other day except Sunday. For some reason it is cheaper to fly to Guam than onto Kosrea and besides this way you get to hop on all the Island.
