Some Resorts have there own boat transfer (for instance Ratu Kini leaving Nadi/Smugglers Cove about 10.30 and Mana about 12), including transer from Nadi airport, Nadi hotels and some other islands (Bounty island for instance), retourne is Fiji $ 100.

If you book your accomodation in advance the agent can arrange for you to be picked up at the Nadi airport. Our trip was arranged by the agent who "shanghaied" us at the airport, we were driven to the harbour and I must honestly say that I do not know the exact location of it. Just found the name Denarau Marina on another web site. The katamaran looked new / well maintained, and the crew was very professional.
Return fare is 80 Fiji Dollars.
