When we were there the dive master was from the US but he wasleaving soon.
Whoever is there now will be quite knowledgeable.

Just to the south of Wayasewa, is the small island of Kuata.
There are coral cliffs and great snorkeling there. It also has some interesting caves and volcanic rock formations.
