Moorea has wonderful sunsets. When you are located in one of the Bays or on the West Coast you will have the best view. Geisha_Girl, who was in Moorea a couple of weeks after me, called them the "tangerine sunsets", well that's exactly how they look.

Moorea settles in pretty early most of the time. The Tiki Village show is worth checking out, and probably is about the biggest night attraction other than dinner out (Club Med closed its doors this year, and many resorts aren't doing night shows these days). Enjoy a nice dinner and turn in early - mornings are worth waking up for here!
Dress Code: Honu Iti (Chez Roger) is a little dressier, but most of the island is very relaxed. Dockers and shirt for the guys and a dress or Pareo for ladies would be just fine pretty much anywhere.

A tahitian sunset. No, it's not my pic,.. I admit, I cheated. But I had to buy this postcard because I didn't get to see a sunset. (the boat broke down). Isn't it georgous!!!!
