This small park is across for the teratorial Assembly and has a nice stream and pond in it. Its a great peaceful place to hang out.

If you are staying in downtown Papeete, I recommend that you visit the open air market. They have several crafts and souvenirs such as black pearl jewelry, manoi oil products, and sarongs.

Across the Papeete harbour you will see container ships and inter-island cargo vessels docked at Motu Uta. The fast catamarans and ferries connect Papeete with the island of Moorea.
