Guam's private businesses and government agencies, including the Guam Visitors Bureau, are aware of the special needs people with disabilities possess. In 1990, the Americans with Disabilities Act was passed to ensure that, despite any disability, people are afforded the same opportunities as others.
You will find that most private and public businesses have wheelchair ramps or elevators to easily accommodate people; Guam's public transportation also has special provisions. My friend and I just sat on our balcony in the afternoon or night, to watch this wonderful view, and listen to the sound of sea! Both in daytime or in night time, you will love it! OH, before I went to Guam, just a typhoon passed it, so we're so lucky to take a ship out, and really saw some dolphins!!!! And you can also go scuba diving there!!! Leave a Comment
