by machomikemd Written Nov 14, 2013

Why visit the Agana Shopping Center? well if you want to experience of how the locals do shopping and what are the local shops and stalls look like, this Agana Shopping Mall is it. They have many stores inside but not the high end stuffs that you find at Tumon and Tamuning like Louis Vuitton or Gucci or Prada or DKNY. They also have 5 separate Theaters for movies. Agana Shopping Center also features recognized home-grown businesses such as Pay-Less Supermarkets, Ideal Vision Center, local shops and Shirley's Coffee Shop and Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Cappriciossa and 5 movie theaters. You can also walk beside the SM store beside it (Both are owned by a Filipino-Chinese Taipan named Henry Sy, who bought the Agana Center in 2002.

    Mon - Sat:

    10:00 am- 8:00 pm

    10:00 am- 6:00 pm

What to buy: the Agana Shopping Center is far away from the regular tourist area of tumon and tamuning and dededo. The shopping center and the SM Store Beside It is serviced by the Tumon Trolley Buses but you have to take the service from Guam Premium Outlets, hence if you are at the Hotel Row, you have to take two rides, the South Loop to the Guam Premium Outlets then the Agana Loop from there to the Agana Shopping Center (it is included in the 5 day unlimited pass of the trolley companies) and from here, you can go north to the Chamorro Village via a 15 minute walk on a straight path. You can buy cheap souvenir Items at the Pay-Less Supermarket, eat at Capriciossa or local Chamorro Food at Shirley's Coffee Shop

What to pay: not a den't on your wallet
