say cheese with a sony h series

Photo Equipment: Well if you are the compleat traveller who not only take pictures of the place you travelled but also takes many pictures of assorted quirks and knick knacks that can be included in your travel tips like here in Virtual Tourists or Trip Advisor and document everything via a video camera to post it, then you need an all around camera wich is not as heavy as a DSLR, with a powerful optical zoom lens, shoot really good videos too and having a spare battery for any eventuality, then you get the ultra zoom cameras like the Canon SX 40 or the Sony H Series or the Nikon P 500. Any of these cameras can do the job!

motion sickness from flying

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Again, when travelling away from home, do carry extra medicine since they might become handy if there will be an emergency that arise like food allergy so you must have anti-allergy medicine or if you have a loose bowel movement due to the food you eat or you are lactose intolerant hence having an anti bowel medications are handy. also bring ibuprofen or paracetamol tablets for fever since you might get a flu due to the weather and also have medicine for motion sickness. If you have a medical conditon like hypertension or diabetes or asthma, then it is better to have an extra small bag for extra medicines at your check in luggage. Anti Allery lotion for possible jelly fish bites when swimming at the beach.

Bring T-Shirts and Light Wear

have a water repellant jacket handy
4 more images

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Guam is a tropical country with just two seasons, the summer season and rainy seasons and since the area is humid, I would suggest you just bring T-Shirts moreso the light colored ones as to somewhat defect the heat instead of the dark colored ones which absorb heat. Also Bring Jeans and or walking shorts or cargo shorts so that you will be more comfortable and not feeling heavy when walking around. Bring a small umbrella (portable one) or a water repellent jacket for the sudden rain showers during summer time so that you would not feel drenched and sun block too if you don't want to get a tan or be sunburned while walking around the humid heat. Lastly, don't forget carrying sung glasses and a baseball cap too.

Pack Light as to have more space for shopping

regular luggage left extra trolley bag right

Luggage and bags: if you are a shopaholic like me, you pack light on your travels so that you can have many space in your luggage to fill up with goodies since guam has lots of shopping options and the best deal here is that they are duty free too. Also carry a spare bag with a trolley so that you can have additional space to fill your extra bag with goodies that you can hand carry since you are allowed to hand carry another bag besides your small personal bag and it helps if that extra bag you're carrying has wheels too so that you are not hard pressed to carry two bags when you check in at the airport for departure.

Lock your love in Guam
3 more images

Luggage and bags: If coming to guam, plan to visit "Two Lover Point". When there, you will have an opportunity to place a paddle lock on the fence overlooking the ocean. Many have come and placed there names and dates they visited with quint devotions of love! Some even had them inscibed. You will also need a sharpie to write on the lock.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Recommend you come with your favorite sandles. If you need to buy new ones here, you don't want to break in the new footwear walking the strip.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: You can get anything on the island, but best to be prepared.
1. Sunblock, nothing ruins a vacation more than a sun burn.
2 Bug spray if going up to the waterfalls or any hiking.

Photo Equipment: Electronics are not a great deal, so bring your own camera and film if required. You may pay more for it here.

Luggage and bags: You'll probably have to go through customs to get here. You will if your coming/going to/from the United States. So make sure to check some kind of updated website to check on how to properly pack to get through customs safely, and as quickly as possible... if that is possible.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: you'll want to bring plenty of warm weather clothing. Guam is a tropical island ~ warm and very humid all year round. You may want to bring rain gear as it does rain frequently. Zorries (thongs) shoes are popular to wear by the beach or for just walking around casually. If you plan to go boonie stomping you'll want to wear some kind of hiking or tennis shoe that you don't mind getting muddy! don't wear sandals or zorries to go hiking in the jungle~if want to do this .. just go barefoot! ... TAKE A MACHETE with you ON ALL BOONIE STOMPS OR JUNGLE TREKKING.
Don't forget your scuba gear if your diving... orrrr check out the best dive shop on the island.. MDA ... (micronesia diver association~ or something like that ... just .. MDA) and bring your C-card if you intend to rent scuba gear rather than cart it around as luggage!... I have flown into Guam international like 9 times or so and never once had any problems with losing my luggage, etc.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: I always recommend carrying a roll of toilet paper with you everywhere, or even more handy are those travel tissue packs..

Photo Equipment: definitly BAJILLIONS OF AWE SOME photo opps!!!! Don't forget the underwater camera for even more awe some piccies!

Miscellaneous: Lots of mosquitos... jungle mosquitos... THEY WILL BITE THROUGH YOUR JEANS.

Luggage and bags: Packing for Guam is easy..It is very hot so a few shirts and shorts will fit the bill. You should bring or purchase a pair of reef shoes for walking on the beaches or in the water. They can be found for 5 to 30 dollars in various qualities

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Comfortable shoes and expect daily rain..

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: normal items

Photo Equipment: bring a camera

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: most is available. Scuba rental equipment is very inexpensive.

Luggage and bags: Since I was on the island for a week-long business trip & just came from a week in Japan, I had one medium sized suitcase filled with clothes for both climates. (Japan was 20-30 degress colder than Guam!)

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Tropical weight clothing...sandals or another comfortable walking shoe are a 'must', running or hiking shoes for the adventurous. Running/jogging is probably the best way to see any area!

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: If you forget anything non-prescriptive, there are a number of drugstores within 15 minutes of anywhere.

Photo Equipment: For the birdlovers, a camera w/high speed film is highly suggested ...there are very few birds around, so when you see one, snap away!

There are tons of lovely flora around for the botanists out there.

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: You can rent pretty much anything for the outdoors on the island.
