It's hard not to be captivated by the awesome majesty of the Pacific Ocean and it's infinite expanse, especially when viewed from the vantage point of the Pirates Cove beachfront. Jeff's is more than just a beach bar...it's one of Guam's tourist attractions
Jeff's Chamoru Fiesta Plate ($10.00) has a combination of local favorites such as BBQ Chicken, BBQ Ribs (Jeff's uses ironwood for cooking, which imparts a special flavor to the well-marinated ribs and chicken) Sooooooooo Good. And cheap! Leave a Comment

Outback Steakhouse by Travel2write This place is full all of the time, however pass the time at the bar having a few drinks while waiting for the table!
The steak and lobster dinner. Portions are somewhat large, so eat early and walk it off while strolling the shopping district. Steak & Shake Guam by Travel2write Popular with locals and tourist the same. A menu filled with good old-fashioned American chow, including burgers, hoagies, Deli sandwiches, Salads, and that classic favorite from America's Liberty Bell city, the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich!
I ordered a 6" Cheese Steak for $6.32. It comes with onions, mushrooms, ketchup, salt & pepper, on a roll that's fresh baked from their oven. The sandwich was awesome, overflowing with sliced, tender beef that was bound together by melted cheese and onions. It's the best Philly Steak sandwich I've had! As far as the shakes? Made with Dryers ice cream, they have some great ones that are just awesome for the price of 3.75. Another thing I loved was the size of the straws. I hate it when a shake is soooo thick and you cannot suck it up! Ummmmm Good stuff, a must stop. A cozy little restaurant in Agana. Great location and great food. A must stop if visiting the island.
Great sandwiches and steaks too. The Old Hagatna Grill also serves a selection of steaks, featuring a New York Cut and a sizeable Ribeye, which come with their crispy onion rings(these are a popular favorite). They also feature a Stuffed Chicken Breast Florentine. The menu usually changes every two months or so, with new items appearing and some popular dishes remaining. Nice Marina bar and grill to get a good bite to eat!
The "Z" Burger ($7.00) is one of Jan Z's most popular sandwich meals (you select from french fries, rice, potato salad, garden salad or seafood salad as an accompaniment to all sandwiches), which is understandable , since Americans (and now everyone else) love hamburgers. The only complaints I've ever heard was that it takes long to get seated and served on Sunday mornings. Don't say you weren't forewarned.

by frir If looking for a really nice dinner you have to go to Roy's thats my favorite no matter where I go and it's located at the Hilton in Tumon. If you want some fish and BBQ in front of the ocean with some live reggae and a very cold beer you have to go to Jeff Pirates Cove located in Talofofo.
At Roys the seabass with one of those different great sauces or chutneys they always have with some mashed sweet potatoes and a caesar salad and you have to have the chocolate souffle and the coffee they brew it on the table and it has a great taste. And at Jeff Pirates Cove the fish kelaguen and a fiesta plate a cold Bud and you are set. by Trina2383 If you are down in the southern part of Guam be sure to stop by. Have some Haagen Dazs ice cream or an ice cold Budweiser. On the first Sunday in December and June, Jeff's features the Pirates Cove Arts and crafts fairs, with over 100 participants presenting their handiwork. Jeff's Pirates Cove t-shirts are a must have souvenirs of your trip to Guam. The Cove is know to be one of the finest beach bars on the island! Jeff's always has fresh fish and Chamoru Fiesta favorites. Leave a Comment Theme: LocalComparison: about averageAddress: 111 S. Chalan Antigo Ipan, TalofofoPhone: 671) 789-1582
