 | Guam Things To Do | Tips 31 - 40 of 86 | |
Besides an excellent place to dive, Guam offers a wide range of activities. You can trek till ye drop, shop till ye drop, or combine the both! Hire a boat, and go fishing, or just cruise! Surf on a boogie board, relax on one of many beautiful beaches, or fly to another island! There are a few smaller airlines that fly back and forth from the other neighbouring island, and are reasonably priced. Leave a Comment

BEST THING TO DO ON GUAM IS BRING A HAMMOCK AND YOUR FAVORITE FRUITY CONCOCTION. I GO SPEARFISHING A LOT AND FLOAT ABOUT ON THE WAVES THEN COME IN FOR A COOL DRINK. RUM IS ALSO A MUST. NEEED TO LIVE THE ATMOSPHERE.

by pokeyduck Must go to as many beaches and overlooks as possible. Tolofofo Falls is a must as well. And you must see a sun set from 2 lovers point. The strip clubs. Much like the philippines and very interesting at many times of the night.

Athough a popular spot for sunday picnics amongst locals the Ritidian Beach in Northern Guam is an absolute must! You can still find empty places and have 'the beach for yourself'.

Beautiful diving on GUAM, one of the top ten places in the world for diving. BONUS, if you are into WWI, WWII history, you won't be disappointed, from War in the Pacific National Parks, to under water artifacts, i.e. ships, planes, track vehicles. Leave a Comment Address: Piti, GUAMPhone: 671-472-6321Directions: I learned to dive with Micronessia Divers Association (MDA), by far the best on island. They have three locations, two on the Naval Base. The instructors are professionals, the daily boat trips are well worth the money. This is a PADI 5 Star dive shop.Website: www.mdaguam.com

Definately try to catch one of the village festivals. Their's usually one every weekend in one or two towns on the island and bring your appetite! And it's free! There's singing and dancing and EATING! Excellent way to hear stories from the elderly folks, the BEST way to sample the local cuisine, and the only way to party. Directions: Every town has at least one celebration a year. There's usually one every week somewhere.

Fantasea Charters: For the past 15 years our family has enjoyed and relax on this 40’ catamaran. The cruise leaves twice daily from Agat Marina and they can pick you up at your hotel. All fishing and snorkeling gear is provided, as well as tea and mineral water, however they allow you to bring your preferred drinks. Your family or guests can enjoy the beauty of Southern Guam’s shoreline, as they fish. Great memories are made at an affordable price. Go caving. See if you can get someone to show you the caves. We climbed in and out of these. Visit the Awesome cave and others. Take a flashlight, clothes you don't care about, sturdy shoes. Not for the claustrophobic. Great, unique fun. Were used by the Japanese for hiding in during WWII. Leave a Comment Address: North Eastern Guam

I don't dive, but many friends, family and visitors come here to learn and get certified. It is inexpensive, and our waters are relatively warm. Two friends got Nitrox certified to go deep sea diving and after that it seemed like they were always diving. I've been told that what we have in Micronesia is different than other places, since we have quite a bit of wrecks from the wars.
