Favorite thing: You cannot go to Kwajalein unless your military being stationed there or a contractor working there. BUT - You can land there (as it is the only airfield around) and be ferried by boat to the next island of Ebeye for some of the best fishing there is.
Fondest memory: My first Marlin catch. Swimming in 76 degree water. No snow to shoval.

Favorite thing: Some of the best shark diving in the world, not to be missed out of Majuro.
Fondest memory: Majuro sits on one of the best examples of an atoll. It takes your breath away as you fly into the island. I was in an office at the RRE Hotel when a man came in that had arrived by sail boat and was now living on one of the smaller islands working with coconut crabs. Anyway, he had figured a way to keep them from getting away and he let his captive out in the office.

Fondest memory: Until 1966, the Marshall Islands were on the other side of the International Date Line. July 4th, 1966, the Marshall Islands had two Saturdays, in a row. This changed the International Date Line to the same day as the U.S>

Favorite thing: Beautiful public gardens can be found all over the island. They showcase local flora and animals (such as "Turle Pond").
