L'ethnick seems to be the hottest spot in Noumea at the moment! A casual and laid back bar in the resutarant strip of Baie De Citrons, where the hip local crowd gather from dusk for pre dinner drinks & groove to the fantastic dance tunes on the weekends. Fantastic cocktail menu (presented in a metal CD cover!) served in the biggest glasses I've ever seen in a bar - a fabulous way to cool down after a day on the beach! Weekends see DJ's playing (with regular theme nights with O/S DJ's! Check it out and have a "Deep Freeze" for me :)
Dress Code: No particular dress code - just smart chic casual - probably better to wear jeans or pants for men and regular footwear (purely to protect your feet when it's crowded!!!!!!)
