Favorite thing: This is the extinct volcanic crater at Mt Eden.
Fondest memory: Besides being always pretty, grassy and green, since childhood I've always enjoyed the great view of Rangitoto (another volcano) and Auckland city and the harbour. I have very fond memories of this spot.

Fondest memory: Here's one of the best views I remember of Auckland, of the Mt Eden crater and the Sky Tower and part of the city, and the harbour too, all in one view.
