Favorite thing: Devonport holds many memories for me from the wonderful ice cream to the great galleries and antique shops, sitting on North Head watching the start of the Whitbread Round the World race, having lunch in one the cafe's or dinner on the deck at the Ferry Terminal. Many times while working in the city, I used to grab a sandwich, buy a return ticket on the Devonport ferry and just ride over and back in my lunch break.
