The Carvery offers a range of home cooked roast meats with vegetables, sauces and gravies. Meats are - Beef, Chicken, Pork and Lamb; vegetables are - Roast Potato, Kumara (Sweet Potato), Pumpkin, Carrots and Parsnip and Peas and Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce.

The set meat price lets you choose your meat, vegetables and gravy and the sauces particular to the meat of your choice. There are even home made mini Yorkshire Puddings to go with the Beef.

The serving is quite big but they offer a small size.

    Desserts are also home made.

The owners are a married couple - he does the meat she does the desserts.

    Hours: Lunch - Wed-Sat 12 noon
    Dinner - Tues-Sun from 5pm

Favorite Dish: I had to try the Roast Beef because it included a Yorkshire Pudding and I had a little of all of the vegetables. I had choice of red currant jelly and horseradish sauce.

Mum had Roast Lamb with the same choice of vegetables and home made mint sauce and a rosemary sauce. She really appreciated the small size.
