The "Slippery saddle" in Wanganui is probably one of the best renowned nightclubs, especially on a Friday and Saturday night. This club caters for all ages from the age of legal drinkers to the oldies........it appears that if you are 30 or over, you are an oldie....lol.The bar staff are friendly, if your ever there, ask for Wilson, hes a big surly Maori guy and usually works on the bar or at the door. It is a safe place to have a drink and revel in the music that is provided. Tidy dress code.
