Diving Option - Northland NZ
I do not dive either but I would suggest you look at Poor Knights Island off the coast in Tutukaka as an option. The warmest waters in NZ is up North. I have taken a friend from Germany to Tutukaka for his 2nd level if I am not mistaken. He came back with great colourful photography from that dive an he thought the place was awesome (and I thought so too).
