    Taylor's Mistake

driving up the Scarborough Hill, a windy, small passage 2km and you arrive in Taylor's Mistake, where you find the best Surf Beach of Christchurch. If you don't wanna surf, there is a walkway to Godley Head along the Cliffs, bring food and drink and have a good time or make it by boat around the Rock, like Captain Taylor who mistaken it as the passage way to Lyttelton Harbour

right at the Estuary and mouth of the Heathcote River, you can't miss it, one road leads to into Sumner from Christchurch and you have the pass through Redcliff. Not much to see or to do, lively Cafe Scene though and great walkway up to the Port Hills.....the Goat trekk

to Lyttleton Harbour makes a day perfect. the Road is clutching itselves right onto the Hillside and you need a bit of practice to finde your way through all the bends..I love it
