Another food recommedation by our friend is to try the white baits fish & chips in Twizel.
Unfortunately, it was closed when we were there.
That leads us to Shawtyz where we had our smoked salmon pizza. It was salmon day as we just had some fresh salmon sashimi along the way.

At High Country Salmon Farm, we get to taste fresh salmon sashimi.
The lady boss gave us some fish feed to feed them to the salmon fishes while she prepare some fresh sashimi for us.
It box of fresh salmon sashimi with cost only NZ$5.
This is the freshest salmon sashimi we can get.
Back home, the salmon are all air flown.

We came to Twizel in search of the famous cappuccino.
Not only did we enjoy our cup of cappuccino, we found a very delicious smoked salmon pizza for lunch.
We wanted to have fish and chips but the popular shop was closed when we arrived.
So do stop by for lunch or tea break.
