Just a small furrier, working with a pest. You must understand that possum is a real problem in our bush and needs to be exterminated. They estimate there are over 70 million Australian brush-tailed possums roaming our country! It is an introduced species and is endangering out natural bush as well as native species, insects and plant. They eat birds eggs, including the kiwi eggs.
No need for animal rights activists to get upset, in this country buying fur skins is considered a duty!!
What to buy: I bought a real cute neck wrap, which you can buy in varying colours as they die the skins down here. REally novel and lovely to feel.
BUY A POSSUM PRODUCT AND SAVE OUT NATIVES!!
What to pay: The neck wrap cost $60 NZD.
