Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Take warm clothes when skiig to be comfortable during your day ski session.

Do not forget to take gloves, hats, warm socks: the body ends are highly exposed to the cold effects, be sure that you always feel sensations in your toes, fingers, ears to avoid frostbite.

Goggles must be adapted to the weather conditions: large goggles are useful in case of wind, white/foggy day. Sun reflection are high on snow or glacier so protect your eyes.

Suncream is also a must to avoid alpine sunburn on your face... and making laugh your colleagues after a ski week-end ;-)
