    Beach bonfires

When you stay at this backpacker the hosts Colleen and Ray always light up a bon fire on the beach and like to invite anyone out talk while toasting marshmellows over the flames. Great idea and you can get to meet other guests

Plenty of wood for the fire!

You find plenty of driftwood over the beach at Hokitika and this drifwood is great for burning on bonfires
