Crazy Uga: Great for a breakfast
This is on the main street in Alofi - but being Niue still manages to feel like the middle of nowhere. It's got a simple menu which is mainly breakfasty thing and it's only open until around 2pm. The food is freshly cooked (and I have no idea where they get the ingredients because I certainly didn't see nice ham and cheese in the one supermarket). The coffee is not great because of the long life milk (you will have to pass your whole holiday without fresh milk - so if you like your latte this is possibly not the island for you). I had the omelette with ham and cheese. I asked for it without toast because I am gluten free and it was simply huge. The next time I asked for the toast on another plate (because it was still $15 and I thought my husband could eat it).
