You can do it all in a week
There are various caves you can explore yourself. There are better caves that need a guide and are on private land. The cave owner had moved off the island - which rather limited the options. However the public caves are interesting and well signposted. You need good shoes and there will be some dangling from ropes. Take or wear a swimsuit at all times - as the water looks so inviting after walking down to the cave. Some caves you can't swim in on Sunday - please check.
