You can find most things on the island, but I would bring my own. Everything is ridiculously over priced. $12 USD for a 6oz bottle of Aloe Vera gel, ridiculous I say.

Film and batteries are VERY expensive, as well as development, bring a plenty of them from home so you can save the bucks.

Pack lightly. It's always great to have luggage with wheels! Bring a bag (if you're planning on visiting the beach) that you're not afraid of getting dirty or wet from sand or the ocean.
Definitely bring T-shirts, shorts, and a pair of sandals or flip-flops. Bring a pair of tennis shoes, cross trainers, or running shoes if you plan on doing a lot of walking, playing tennis, or perhaps jogging.
If you wear contacts, bring enough saline or multi-purpose solution. Solution here is hard to find and very costly. Definitely bring some sunscreen over unless you don't mind paying the outrageous prices for them! For sunburns, I highly recommend getting Sooth-a-caine aloe vera gel (Banana Boat).
I highly suggest that you bring extra batteries and film. Film is expensive as well. If you're using the Advantix series, film is only available at Tropical Color or a few Joeten stores.
Bring a beach towel if you plan on laying out on the sand. Most hotels provide a towel but they are not quite as big.

no matter where i go, i always take the biggest luggage available :)) now, most travellers hate it but, i can`t stand if i don`t have a huge variety of stuff to choose from to fit my many moods :)) i just have to feel the ambience of every moment at the spot to be able to decide how i feel which then controls how i will act :)) yeah i am a true cancerian in that way :))
i am packing all my summer clothes, reaching at least to 30 kilos...and all my slippers, however maybe one pair of sneakers will do.
