    FindManyThingsToDiscoverAlongForbidden

    by s.miles Updated Apr 4, 2011

    2.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Hike around the rocks and find neat caverns, tidal pools and the top of Forbidden...
This is the place to hike to if you want a bit of a challenge to your day instead of just lounging around in a hammock at seaside!
As you can see from the photo's, there weren't too many people there---you might find 'us' and thats it!!
Check it out for yourself. You won't have to bring a good book along....

    Don't Miss the Submarine Tour

Enjoy the wonders of the deep, on an underwater tour of the Saipan lagoon. You will see beautiful corals, schools of tropical fishes in their natural environment, and historical sunken wrecks.

During our tour, there was a group of Japanese women who cried for their loved ones who have lost their lives underwater. Very emotional!

You can either drive or hike to the top of the island at Mt. Tagopochau. From here there are great views of the whole island...

Every Easter, the locals lug a large wooden cross and plant it at the top of this mountain.
