The only thing worth buying as a souvenir from Tokelau is a selection of stamps.
I'm no collector, but I bought a few examples from what is one of the most sought-after philatelic nations in the world.
They are produced in New Zealand (no facilities in Tokelau) and feature anything from local photography to commemorative international events.
If you're lucky, you might be able to find some Tokelau-branded New Zealand dollars (the currency of choice in Tokelau) but these have long since ceased production and are rare finds indeed.
There are no postcards.
